Letters Break a Leg Published in the NY DAILY NEWS, 5/24/06: Saugerties, NY: Horse racing is a cruel and abusive
'sport.' The horses are often drugged to mask injuries and continue to race
with constant stress on legs that carry 1,000-plus pounds. We all know what
the humans are seeking and getting out of it: money. What does the horse
