It's not just China

Yonkers: It's wonderful that Voicer Keri Pendergast is horrified by the slaughter of dogs in China. But there is unparalleled animal cruelty in this country as well. Factory farm animals live their whole lives in filthy, tiny crates, never seeing the sunshine; puppy mill animal moms are repeatedly used for breeding despite sickness, loneliness and lack of veterinary care, and animals in laboratories are subjected to the most gruesome tests the mind can conceive.
