Behind him, another man appears to be carrying the severed head of a baby goat by an ear, which is one of the more than 50,000 goats that were slaughtered in the vicinity of the temple. When we consider that our religious institutions are supporting this and other forms of blood-letting, it is no wonder that we have so much violence in the world.
