Moo-ving people toward compassionate living
From Sampann Nigam - 7 Mar 2004
I am a vegetarian. Many people think that it is due to my religion but that is not the whole truth. I had seen animal cruelty at my early age and that stops me eating them but that was nothing close to what I had seen on this website. Some times I thought to start eating meat as I find myself in odd situation when I need to find something vegetarian in a group lunch. But, after seeing your website I think I shall not eat meat knowingly for rest of my life.
I want to put a demand to the Food industry that they should label clearly on any product having meat contents or put a word "Vegetarian" on all products with no meat contents. This is needed so that the person who do not want to eat meat can avoid those easily. Probably this will encourage the food industry to bring more vegetarian food products on the supermarket's shelves and restaurants.
