Moo-ving people toward compassionate living
From Dianne - 26 Feb 2003
Thank you for this site. For the past two weeks, I have successfully refrained from eating meat, it took a lot of effort, but after looking at the pictures of cruelty to animals on your site, it motivated me enough to change.
I am ashamed to be part of the human species, truly ashamed. I am determined to do my part to support the prevention of animal cruelty and I thank you for bringing this evil sin to light.
Please continue to educate and inform the public. Thatís the only way change can be initiated.
May God Bless You

Thank you very much for your email and encouragement. It took seeing the truth for Mary and I to begin our change some 25-30 years ago and we've been vegan for the last 15 years.
Have you looked at our recipe section? http://www.all-creatures.org/recipes/html
You might find some helpful ideas for planning your vegan meals.
