Moo-ving people toward compassionate living
From Rick Fernandez - 21 Apr 2003
I have just visited your site and I am in total shock with what I have seen. The pictures describe poor, love seeking animals being betrayed by evil humans.
We were all put here on earth to share and live in it, not to kill animals who have the same right to be here as we do.
In my opinion, the problems we are now facing in the world today are directly related to what is in your web site. The lack of love for living creatures and each other has caused turmoil and hatred among many misinformed people that do not fully understand our purpose here on earth.
I am not a vegetarian. However, up until now I never looked at the problems facing animals as much as I see now. Your web site has made me see the true picture of what is really going on in the world and I am so sorry for all the innocent, loving animals that have undergone and will undergo painful acts of torture as a result of our inhumanity. My heart goes out to all of them.
As I write you this letter I am holding back tears of hurt for all little creatures that suffer daily. The pictures will remain in my head for the rest of my life. There still is a legitimate argument on whether or not to eat animals and of how they are killed for food but as time passes, I am starting to change my mind about ever eating another animal again. Especially when I see our family pets running freely through our home.
I will spread the word to everyone I know and I support and respect your efforts for a vegetarian planet Earth.
May God Bless your organization.

Thank you very much for your candid and compassionate remarks.
We started our journey toward becoming vegetarian nearly 30 years ago from finding out about these atrocities being committed upon animals, and then we didn't have the advantage of the internet to bring it into our home, so it took us more than ten years to stop eating all animal flesh and by-products. The last to go was Dairy, and with it's leaving, our health also improved. We hope your journey will be much quicker.
We, and the animals, very much appreciate your offer to spread the word.
We look forward to hearing from you again.
In the Love of the Lord,
