I am putting together a presentation to my County Board
of Supervisors in
order to pass an ordinance for circus animals. I would like news
clippings
of LAWSUITS against city or county government for harm done to circus
patrons. This may be one of the main convincing arguments for my county
NOT to allow elephant and camel rides.
