We have just learned that Barry Herbeck is not safely
behind bars as
previously thought. Barry Herbeck is the man who was convicted of
cruelty to
animals afterhaving answered free pet ads in the newspaper, and then
maim-
ing and killing those animals in torturous acts of cruelty. For more
