In case you’re wondering, the cookies I’m referring to in the title of this Blog are the edible kind – not website jargon.J

Desserts, like these delicious cookies that are among my favorites, are nutritious, real food. I can’t take credit for the treats in the recipe section of our website; my husband Frank is the one who has a knack for yummy snacks that are easy to make and chock-full of healthful ingredients.

No! I see all the beauty of God's creation and I'm joyful. At the same time, I see all the suffering and corruption going on in the world, and feel called to help expose and end it so that we may have true peace and compassion.
