Let Peace begin with me, Lord
Let me speak with Love..
Let my mind think no Hate, Lord
But of Thee above....

Let my hands touch with gentleness
And see beauty all around...
In Thy many colored peoples, Lord
Each sight and wonderous sound;

Fill me with compassion, Lord
To have kindness in my eyes
For all which dwells on earth, Lord
For those who wing Thy skies...

If we would only Love, Lord
In just some tiny way
Soon we would find Peace here
One bright and sunny day!

I may not live for long, Lord
Whatever time let be
Help me to do my best, Lord
To let Peace begin with me....
