If Jesus went to a party
He clearly wouldn't fit in
With words too extreme
That sound both naive and mean
He would find himself
Sadly, hated all over again.
He clearly wouldn't fit in.

So why should I care
That I don't fit in
In a world at odds with God?
Why should I side
With a society that's lost
Still the same
And even worse
Than those who hung him to a cross?
