The Cosmic Christ
Poetry and Music by Andrew Pell

Open your mind to the cosmic song,
Let it infiltrate your mind and your heart where it belongs.
Become submersed in its divine origin.
Let it reside in your heart. Let it sing.

Open your heart to the cosmic love
Let it descend upon you from above.
Experience the ecstasy of divine peace.
Feel the power and experience release.

Open your heart to the cosmic gift.
Set your mind on course, pray that you won’t be cast adrift.
Feel the divine love between two hearts that beat in tune.
Feel the majesty and power of God, feel it soon.

Open your heart to the cosmic time.
Where time stands still, life is truly divine.
Experience the peace when two souls become as one.
Their love and lives shine brighter than the sun.

Open your heart to the cosmic mind.
Let it absorb you totally, your heart it will find.
Be at peace with one another. Love each other.
Treat everyone as your long lost brother.

Open your heart to the cosmic fire.
Let it burn in your heart. Let it fulfil your desire.
Let it consume you with a burning light.
Let it consume your soul, so you will always shine bright.

Open your mind to the cosmic vision.
Be partakers of the most sacred mission.
Become one of the guardians of all that is good.
Love one another, as we all truly should.

Open your heart and soul to the cosmic Christ.
Pray that the Christ will enter in today.
Pray that he will open your heart. You will know what to say.
Know then that your pride and suffering will simply fade away.

Open your heart to the most sacred flame.
Know then your life will never be the same.
Patience and compassion will you surely learn.
That sacred flame you will always yearn.

Open your soul to the God within.
See and feel the wonders that he will bring.
Let the darkness dissipate before you.
The God within will always be with you.
