From Courtney - 6 Jul 2004 Oh my! I can’t believe people would do this. How can people be so cruel? This is horrible. I almost couldn’t look at the pictures; it was so heart breaking. Everyone needs to get together and rally against this or something to get the word out. You should create pop ups, get on the news……. SOME THING. What can I do to help? Please e-mail me. Courtney - age 14 Reply from Frank L. Hoffman Dear Courtney: Thank you very much for your compassionate email. The best thing you can do to help stop animal cruelty is to discuss your feelings with your family and friends and others, as the opportunity arises. Always be polite and friendly, but don't hold back on the truth about how much animals suffer. You can also refer them to our web site so that they can see for themselves.
