From Sonia - 6 Feb 2007

I am a huge animal lover and I hate the thought lab testing and experimenting to any animal.

I stumbled onto this website while looking for photos of a baby gorilla.

The photos on this website truly broke my heart. I cannot believe that it is legal to do these things to any living creature!

I have donated so much money to stop things like this and to rescue animals and get them a loving home. It truly disgusts me and makes me ashamed of the human race to see that they do such things to these loving, family oriented creatures. If I knew it would make a difference I would give up everything I own to stop it. But I've already donated so much and it still goes on! How can we REALLY stop it?????

Truly sad for the animals,

Dear Sonia:

Thank you for writing and for your compassionate heart.

Since the advent of the internet, we have seen some real advances in stopping the use and exploitation of animals. The internet is not subject to big money preventing the dissemination of the truth about what is happing to innocent animals, and many people are starting to wake up, speak out, and demand an end to the cruelty, and to work for new laws and their enforcement.

Whatever you can do to spread the word to others and to refer them to our web site so that they can see for themselves will help. We need to encourage everyone to speak out and write letters to the editor and to their elected representatives.
