I saw your website today and just couldn't stop crying.

I love my dog very much and couldn't bear to see it treated the way the animals on your website are being treated.

I don't have any objection to eating meat as long as the animal is reared and killed humanely, but some people just have no morals, and an animal's suffering is of no concern if a profit is being made.

I eat eggs, but only the eggs laid by my happy and healthy chickens scratching in the back yard. The battery egg trade is evil.

How can people still be treating animals like this? Why haven't the governments stopped it?

Please carry on your good work bringing these atrocities to people's attention.

Dear Kelly:

Thank you very much for your email and comments.

With the exception of people like you who raise their own chickens for eggs, almost all the animal flesh and by-products sold in our markets are the product of factory farming operations.

We also have not seen and truly humane methods of slaughtering animals. Death always seems to come with fear, pain and suffering. The only way we know to end the suffering is to stop eating animals and their by-products.

Thank you again, and we look forward to hearing from you again.

In the Love of the Lord,
