Apple Cinnamon Raisin Salad Dressing
Apple cinnamon raisin salad dressing is great on any mixed greens, or fruit and lettuce salads.
Apple Cinnamon Raisin Salad Dressing Ingredients:
2 Apples, medium to large size
1 cup Raisins
1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Onion, small
1/2 tsp. Guar Gum
1/8 tsp. Stevia Extract, powder (optional for added sweetness)
Apple Cinnamon Raisin Salad Dressing Preparation:
We make this fruity sweet-tart apple cinnamon raisin salad dressing in a blender. It’s great on any mixed greens, or fruit and lettuce salads. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly covered container for a few days.
Wash, clean, and remove the cores from the apples, and put the apple pieces into the blender container.
Peel and wash the onion, cut into quarters and add to the blender container.
Add the other ingredients to the blender container. We suggest adding only 1/4 tsp. of guar gum in the beginning so you can achieve the desired thickness.
Cover the container and run the blender at high speed until the contents are smooth; then, reduce the speed to medium or low until the dressing begins to thicken (1-2 minutes). If the dressing is thinner than desired, stop the blender, add the additional guar gum, replace the cover, and run the blender for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!

The above vegan recipe is in keeping with God’s creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31): ‘Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground– everything that has the breath of life in it– I give every green plant for food.” And it was so. God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.’ (NIV) Let no animal suffer or die that we may live
