Turkish Orange Eggplant Baked

Eggplant, Turkish Orange Baked 4 Eggplant, Turkish Orange
2 tsp. Corn Flour, Masa
2 tsp. Nutritional Yeast
1 tsp. Oregano, dried

This recipe will serve 4 as a side dish, and these baked slices of Turkish orange eggplant can also be eaten in a sandwich. The baked slices can be cooked in either a microwave or in a pre-heated conventional oven at 350 degrees F.

Mix together the corn flour, nutritional yeast, and oregano in a bowl. 

Wash the Turkish orange eggplants, and slice off the stem and flower ends. Leave the skin on.

Slice each eggplant into 4 pieces and coat the cut surfaces of each slice with the flour mixture. 

Place on a microwaveable or oven safe baking pan, and cook until tender.

Serve and Enjoy!
