Papaya Seed and Chick Pea Salad Dressing

1-15 oz can Chickpeas, drained
Seeds from 1 large Papaya, fresh
1 cup Lemon Juice
1 and 1/3 cups Water
1 or 2 Garlic cloves, peeled
2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp. Flaxseeds
2 tsp. Oregano, dried leaves
1/8 tsp. (or to taste) Stevia Extract, dry, white

[Note]  Papaya seeds can be stored in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator for a few days, so the salad dressing does not have to be made the same day as papaya is eaten.  The papaya seeds have a taste similar to black pepper which gives the dressing a mild spicy taste.

Place all the ingredients in the container of a blender, cover, and run blender at high speed until contents are smooth.

Serve and enjoy!

Left over salad dressing can be stored in a tightly sealed bottle in the refrigerator for several days.  Shake before reusing.

The above recipe is in keeping with God's creation intent (Genesis 1:29-31):  'Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.  And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so.   God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.' (NIV)  Let no animal suffer or die that we may live!
