Fruit and Rolled Oats


2 Apples
2 Bananas
2 Oranges
1/3 cup Raisins
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon, ground (optional)

This recipe will make 2 to 4 servings.  (Hoffman Helpful Hint: If you desire to eat the fruit and rolled oats immediately, substitute quick oats for the rolled oats.)

Wash the apples, bananas, and oranges.

Cut the apple into quarters and remove the stem and seed core.  Cut the apple quarters into slices and then cut each slice into bite sized pieces.  Add the pieces to a mixing/serving bowl, or a covered baking dish if storing in the refrigerator.

Peel the bananas and slice into the bowl.  Peel the oranges, separate the oranges into sections, and cut the sections into bite sized pieces and place in the mixing bowl.

Sprinkle in the cinnamon, oats and raisins, and mix well.  Cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Mix again before serving, and enjoy.
